Cancellation fee if notified more than 60 days prior to check-in date, 50% of deposit is refunded.
Cancellation fee if notified 60 days to 15 days prior to check-in date is loss of deposit.
Cancellation fee less than 15 days prior to check-in date is 50% of total reservation.
No refund for late arrival or early departure.
